Why becoming an alta Supporting Partner?
Alta is the first mentoring platform for women by women in the aviation and aerospace industry. It is solely focused on female attractionͭ retention and development and support in an industry that needs to attract and retain talent.
By joining the alta supporter scheme organisations can demonstrate their commitment to achieving gender balance in aerospace and aviation provide vital support for alta events and aid the future development of alta.
Alta has proved that the model of women helping women works sharing experiences and offering support. This is influencing real cultural change in aviation and aerospace by increasing diversify in a challenging environment for all women regardless of their background Successful women can truly make the difference for other women. Through an online matching platform alta enables mentees and mentors to be matched and to connect in a safe and secure environment. It is supported by dedicated events to help women to meet like-minded peers providing career and social support.
The platform is free and open to any woman working in aerospace and aviation at any stage of her career It is directly supported by the alta Steering Group and has additional support from the Women in Aviation Aerospace Charter and by the RAeS Women in Aviation and Aerospace Committee Alta provides a practical tool to help support develop and retain talented women across the sector.

- £750 p.a. + VAT for large organisations over 500 staff
- £500 p.a. + VAT for medium sized organisations 250 499 staff
- £250 p.a. + VAT for SMEs up to 249 staff
